Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Klow (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Klow is

Klow is a managed AI agent hosting platform. We deploy and maintain AI agents on your behalf, connected to Telegram and other services. Agents are powered by large language models via OpenRouter and run on cloud infrastructure.

3. Accounts and subscriptions

• You must be 18 or older to use the Service
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Accounts with failed payments are suspended; data is deleted after 30 days
• Credits are consumed as your agent makes AI model calls; top-up packs are available

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Klow to:

• Generate or distribute spam, phishing, or scam content
• Harass, threaten, or harm individuals
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Circumvent security systems or perform unauthorized access
• Generate content that violates the usage policies of the underlying AI model providers
• Manipulate financial markets or commit fraud

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

5. Crypto wallet terms

If you use Klow's built-in crypto wallet feature:

• The wallet is a non-custodial EOA (Externally Owned Account) controlled by you
• Klow encrypts and stores your private key; you are responsible for authorizing transactions
• All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible — review carefully before approving
• Klow is not responsible for financial losses resulting from agent transactions you authorized
• Autopilot mode grants your agent permission to transact autonomously within your configured limits — use with caution
• Crypto is speculative and volatile — never deploy capital you cannot afford to lose

6. AI outputs disclaimer

AI agents can make mistakes. Outputs from your agent — including research, analysis, code, copy, and financial commentary — are not professional advice. Do not rely on agent outputs as a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or other advice.

Klow does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any agent output.

7. Uptime and service levels

We target 99.5% uptime for the control plane (dashboard, API). Individual agent containers are subject to the availability of Render's infrastructure. We do not offer SLA credits for downtime in the current version of the Service.

8. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service. By using Klow, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.

Klow's software, design, and branding are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability in any matter arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify active users via email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
